Hello there , hope you all are doing good in these testing times , I hope we get over this Pandemic real quick. As I write I just noticed that my Bedroom is a complete mess and it needs to be fixed and as I’ve mentioned in the above quote that Leadership is a responsibility so why not start it from our home ?
Well this is my Bedroom where I’m sitting right now .
Well, this is how it looked like , I thought that I need to fix it.
The Bed was not made up, my clothes , Hair comb is all over the place ,I decided to clean up this mess.
The above picture perfectly tells that how hard I’ve worked to fix my Bedroom .
Well , briefly let me explain all of it ,
I wanted to have Leadership skills within myself and I read a quote of Seth Berkley stating Leadership is a responsibility , I was in my Bedroom and it was a real mess my Bed wasn’t made , my clothes and Hair comb were all over the place so I decided to take up this responsibility to clean it up and start my journey towards leadership from my Room. I felt great after doing this , I felt that I’ve actually done something , this maybe the start of something never ending .
I would’ve done this task anyway but not at the same time because I didn’t experienced anything like Leadership or Responsibility until this point.
I feel this was something I wasn’t assigned to do but I felt a responsibility within myself and I think this is a start to developing leadership skills.
I think If we understand our responsibilities we can enhance our leadership skills that can be fruitful for us moving into the future.
